How do I remove a mark I placed?
Tap the mark on the map and choose «Прибрати» (Remove). Or: «Налаштування» (Settings) → «Позначки» (Marks) → «Ваші позначки» (Your marks) → «Прибрати». If you reinstalled the app, older marks can't be removed from there — write to us with where and when you placed the mark, and we will remove it.
How do I share a diagnostics report?
Long-press the position indicator on the map (or «Налаштування» → «Діагностика», Diagnostics) and tap «Поділитися звітом» (Share report). The report includes your phone model, iOS version, recent GPS coordinates, destination and the spoofing detector state. It goes only where you send it, so share it only with people you trust.
Kurs can't see my location
Open the iPhone Settings → Курс → Location: choose “While Using the App” and turn on “Precise Location”. Without precise location the position is only accurate to kilometres.
How do I download a region's map?
«Налаштування» → «Карти й мережа» (Maps and network) → «Завантажити й оновити» (Download and update) → «Завантажити» (Download) next to the region. Kyiv is built in. New map versions arrive automatically over Wi-Fi — you can change that on the same screen.
How do I connect an OBD2 adapter?
Plug an ELM327 adapter into the OBD2 port and turn on the ignition. Then open «Налаштування» → «OBD2-адаптер» and choose your adapter.
Kurs is guiding by sensors, but I know GPS is right
If GPS consistently shows a different place than the sensors, the banner «GPS показує інше місце» (GPS shows a different place) appears with a «Довіритися GPS» (Trust GPS) button. You can also correct the position yourself: search for a place nearby and tap «Я тут» (I'm here), or long-press the map where you are.
How do I turn off all network requests?
«Налаштування» → «Карти й мережа» → «Мережа» (Network) → «Автономно» (Offline). Marks and map downloads turn off; the map, routing and guidance keep working.
